The Killarney Raiders split a pair of games in the Prairie West Baseball League over the weekend.

Killarney 10, Deloraine 5

At Killarney, Liam Magwood scattered eight hits over seven innings and struck out six in earning the victory.

Spencer Cullen went 2-for-3 with two singles and a run scored, and Cole Forbes drove in a run.

Ryan Vandenberghe took the loss in relief of Preston Minshull, allowing three earned runs in 3 1/3 innings.

Gavin Wickham hit a pair of doubles and scored twice for Deloraine/Hartney/Waskada/Pierson, and Tyler Drummond had a pair of singles and a run scored.

Reston 12, Killarney 5

In Killarney, Jack Swaenepoel earned the victory with three innings of hitless relief, striking out eight batters for Reston/Souris/Elkhorn/Melita.

He also had a single, a double and two RBI, and Jamie Williamson went 3-for-3 with a home run and three runs driven in.

Reid Johnson, who had a triple for Killarney, took the loss in 2 2/3 innings of relief.

Taylor Lockhart went 1-for-2 with two walks and scored a run.

Also Sunday:

Birtle 13, Rivers 2

In Rivers, Nolan Drake threw four innings of hitless ball and struck out nine to earn the victory.

Nolan Drake was tagged with the loss after giving up one earned run on one hit and six walks in three innings and striking out six.

Jordan Edwards went 2-for-3 for Birtle, and Redden Richmond doubled for Rivers.

No other game reports were received before deadline.

On Wednesday:

Virden 9, Neelin 1

In Virden, Liam Banga drove in three runs and scored twice in the Golden Bears victory. Brayden Rowan went 2-for-4 and plated two runs.

Reed McGrath earned the victory, scattering three hits over four innings and striking out nine. Lucas Gamache took the loss, allowing three earned runs in four innings. He singled and scored and Karter Hermenegildo singled and drove in a run for Neelin.

Birtle 24, Swan Valley 1

In Miniota, Birtle/Hamiota/Strathclair/Rossburn, Lane McDonald allowed one hit over three inning sand struck out four and Maddox Couvier had a single, two doubles, an RBI and five runs scored in the romp.

Jordan Edwards had three triples, two RBI and two runs scored and Issac McArthur had four hits, three RBI and scored a run.

Dayson Martin took the loss, allowing five runs in the opening inning. He had a pair of singles for his club.

Roblin 11, Rivers 2

In Rivers, Cash Kitzil drove in four runs and Zach Rolland pitched three innings of no-hit ball for the winners.

Redden Richmond took the loss, allowing one earned run in two innings. Revin Therrien went 2-for-3 with a double for Elton-Rivers.

Massey 22, Crocus 9

At Andrews Field, Cole Lobreau and Cash Hunter both went 3-for-5 for Massey.

Liam Oliver drove in four runs for Crocus and and Kane Kowalchuk went 2-for-4 with a pair of runs driven in.

Reston 9, Deloraine 8

In Deloraine, Jamie Williamson had three singles for Reston/Souris/Elkhorn/Melita and Kaden Revet earned the victory in relief of Jack Swaenepoel.
